Presentation for Legislative Prayer's Constitutionality

Gay Marriage's Policy Debate

The NYU Federalist Society hosted this debate between Heritage Foundation Fellow Ryan T. Anderson and NYU Sociology Professor Judith Stacey. The debate was before the Windsor & Perry decisions and centered on the policy, sociological, and philosophical arguments of both sides on the defense of marriage.
